IEEEtran uses captical letter for the word after colon in title field #17

IEEEtran.bst uses capital letter for the word after colon in the title field. However, with current biblatex-ieee, the word is in small case. E.g.:

Current:  CONCERT: a cloud-based architecture for next-generation cellular systems
Expected: CONCERT: A cloud-based architecture for next-generation cellular systems
