Fix missing language customization warnings #43

Since the introduction of the language-customisation for magyar, warnings get issued about missing language customisations for other languages when using the biblatex-ieee. This has been reported, e.g., in this question on tex.stackexchange.com. I observed the same behaviour for each language that I asked babel to load support for. The user moewe reported a fix for this issue, which is applied in this pull request.
