Allow exams to randomly pick from a large set of questions so that each exam will have (mostly) distinct set of questions.
Also either allow a ratio for each type of question (e.g., 50% identification, 30% multiple choice, and 20% essays) or a ratio for objective and subjective questions (e.g., 60% identification/multiple choice/checkbox, 40% essays).
