Changelog outdated #11

Only versions up to 0.3.2 are covered which makes having a changelog rather pointless. I think it should be either maintained or deleted.

Sigh, you're right. It was being maintained when I had rake tasks to do, I need to dredge those back up, in the meantime, I'll delete it.
