403 Forbidden on "Further Reading on Dictionaries" links at the bottom of 3.1 #91

As title, clicking either of these links http://puu.sh/kMvk9/63fbff3f86.png results in a 403 Forbidden error.

403 occurs for other "Further Reading" links too. Example: click any of the "Further Reading" links here: http://www.diveintopython.net/power_of_introspection/lambda_functions.html

After hitting the above link.we find

403 Forbidden
