Commit Avatar Collision improvements (discussion needed) #309

WonderBuilders improved the way avatars collide with geometry. They no longer 
get stuck, but instead slide along the object.

These improvements introduced a few problems. For example, avatars no longer 
properly climb stairs. We should discuss whether or not to commit these changes 
right now or wait until the remaining issues are fixed.
