Links in Posters open two copies of browser window #311

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a poster with an html link to an external site
2. Click on the link

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

A single external browser window should open. Instead, two browser windows open 
with the link content. I tested this on Mac and Windows and the same thing 
happens. In both cases my default browser was set to Firefox.
