finish glance #8

  1. don't copy / recurse files - DONE.
  2. add credentials to 2x .conf files - either with replace or ini_manage

OK glance-api.conf 3 SERVICE_xxx replaces are done - do I still need:

[paste_deploy] flavor = keystone

?

added replace of sqlite with mysql connection string in both .conf files
