Dockerfile - alpine version used is quite outdated #77

As the title says: the current docker file uses Alpine 3.7.0 released on 2017-11-30. I suspect there are a couple of CVEs in this images. Would you accept a tiny PR for updating this image to 3.11 or 3.12?

I definitely need to keep on top of the docker stuff more
