Switch jpshackelford.info to point to the new site #14

Once we have completed issue #11, issue #12 and issue #13, we will point jpshackelford.info and john-mason.shackelford.org to the new site.

This involves:

[ ] redirects because article permalinks will be different. (See https://github.com/fermyon/developer/blob/main/spin.toml for examples.)
[ ] Building a new landing page for john-mason.shackelford.org (This becomes more of a bio page with links to current resume, etc. but also to content from the old site including the old files.
[ ] configure domain with Fermyon Cloud
[ ] switch DNS
