Have MDV website appear by default when data is selected in CX #30

[x] Change the Web Browser button to be Reset Browser
[x] Start browser open to initial page, but prep for loading of previous set up
[ ] If all browser windows are closed, perhaps load one no matter what?

Didn't do the last one as it will load whatever browser windows were open from the past data session when I have saving set up. For now it will open a clean browser session or whatever browser session was last set up in the previous data browsing scene during this session.
