Issue when uploading theme to Themeroller #42

I created a new theme with 5 swatches in jq 1.4.0 and downloaded the zip file. However, when trying to upload the theme again, I get dozens of empty swatches on top of the ones I'd created & if I try deleting them, it messes up the original swatches.
