Resources: Plugins - Update "DateBox", Remove "Simple Dialog", Add "mDialog" #99

Plugin: DateBox - link, while correct, was not the best link for information and documentation. Also updated the thumbnail.

Plugin: Simple Dialog - development has ended. When 1.5.0 hits, it will cease to function.

Plugin: mDialog - new plugin to replace Simple Dialog features and functions.
