Maybe use 22AWG ethernet cables and a centralized connecter on hotend and chassis for easy replacability. Also Toms got some good suggestions here: https://youtu.be/ZPWoC3N0epM.

Also the conduit is probably the best solution barring going to drag chains which is probably overengineerd for what we're trying to do.

Maybe try adapting the bed cable management system for the hotend. This should be minimalist and light weight.
