  1. improve !sus maintenance requirements
  2. Minor updates
  3. Update for new season

!sus is a pain in the butt to maintain and I don't think anyone has used it yet. This commit optimizes the path of updating !sus for new seasons. Since it is used so infrequently, I will likely disable this in a future patch.
