Needs new maintainer #57

I haven't been able to do anything with CSSStyleDeclaration for years, it needs someone else to take it over. Below is everyone that has an open PR or commented on an open PR. Sure I can do that, unless somebody with more experience in maintaining repos wants to. Thank you for the candid offer, it’s good for the community.

I am willing to take ownership of the repo / package.

This library is used by JSDom which I use heavily. I would like to get some of these outstanding PRs merged and versions on npm promptly.

OK I vote for @jsakas ; but please merge my addition for flex. Same issue here with jsdom.

Okay @jsakas you are now a maintainer on npm and I requested transfer of ownership the repo in github, thank you for taking it on. It's a great relief to me that someone will care for it and bring it up to date.
