hi for wich video card works this command? wich command is equivalent with just ffmpeg? it works from av1 file to hevc file? thanks

It works only with cpu, from any codec to av1

as I wrote this script svt-av1 wasn´t supported by ffmpeg, now it is

hi thanks. if a av1 file is decoded with hardware support with vaapi ( i use mpv and i check with ctrl+h keys) it'spossible to encoding with vaapi? i have a igpu amd not external video card.
