I did some work moving jsig around into its own github org to organize multiple repos. I kept the spec in the original repo (formerly jden/jsig) to preserve the issue history. I cloned the parser code & pushed master and tags v2.0.0, v2.0.1, v3.0.0, and v3.1.0 to jsigbiz/parser

We just need to publish it seperately

to me it makes sense for npm install jsig to install the parser. There's no code for the spec repo, although it makes sense for the spec repo to have the grammar and core type definitions.
