Merge CSS from HemingwayEx and Multiflex #2

Merge CSS from [http://www.nalinmakar.com/hemingwayex/ HemingwayEx] and [
Multiflex 5].

Try to use [http://www.alistapart.com/articles/holygrail/ the holy grail
technique] and
[http://woork.blogspot.com/2008/11/css-coding-semantic-approach-in-naming.html
semantic CSS].

I had a thought on this. Feel free to take it or leave it.

But it might be a better idea to just start from scratch on the layout.

You could use the two themes as your inspiration and work from there. You could 
steal
their images and peek at their CSS when necessary.

Would result in us only having the CSS we need.

Just a thought.
