Feature request: EL-Chat Generative AI integration effort (est. effort: 1-2 days) #1

Hi,

I am the creator of EL-Chat (https://youtu.be/FV-WBR50sKA) and would love to work with you to enable the codebase to interface with it. We are javascript-ready (we just need to setup a couple of routines to pull the properties) for the code to become entirely Generative AI enabled.

Could we work together on this?

I've been to your git page. I see that you use an API to acquire properties. This is interesting to me as I also need to become more agile into interfacing with property listings. One of my goals would be to interface with a RETS interface. Not sure if that fits into your plans also.

I need to be cleared on something, is this regard to a project you want to build? How can I help?

Sure, plenty of questions at first.

No, it is a project that I have built (I have a npm install but I never tested it in real-life + some integration is needed anyhow). My own domain of concern is to become more agile when asked to integrate into real-estate platforms. I see javascript frameworks as a platform category of significant use in the market, so I want to become better at integrating with it. This is why I got in touch with you, I use you as practice to integrate, get better at it, and you benefit from the integration on your end.

I do have some areas of the chat I further want to develop that include UI. For example, if a user is located in one property and asks 'Does this seem like a good investment for a daily-rental investment?', I want to direct the flow to a webpage with a financial daily rental analysis spreadsheet that also has a chat interface (but on a different page). This is a somewhat UI heavy effort and it's never been done before by anyone. I could use some help on this.

I sadly do not have a budget for this. Let me know if you are nevertheless interested.

If we'd tackle the RETS use-case and get to a functional deployment for MLS, I can defer some lucrative profit-sharing. With the Generative AI I coded (that I sell for $65/month), and 1,000 customers, that means I make $65,000/month. There are about 100,000 real-estate websites in the USA alone. If I'd have a RETS interface, I can reach the goal of 1,000 customers easily within at most 3 months. I have no issue then paying you back at $100/hour to close this when the conditions resulted from this.
