Clicking outside the control should be able to be ignored #462

This is functionality that used to exist - clicking outside the control closes the control always now. This should be configurable to ignore that click instead.

Adding:

dismissOutsideClick
- true : Clicking outside closes the control
- false : Clicking outside does nothing
