Additional Character Save State Features #309

The following features are miscellaneous character states that aren't being saved by the save states:

~~Villager/Isabelle's Pocket (items and articles)~~ - This is not feasible/worth the implementation time

~~Robin's Tome/Sword levels are worth going for as well. Will probably need their own character specific file for the large amount of meters to store.~~ Done!

Updating issue to accurately reflect the current state of the modpack.

All features have been completed except for Pocket. Closing this issue now, and if anything changes/Pocket somehow becomes a priority, we can open a new issue and investigate.
