Sora Neutral Special Doesn't End #421

If Sora is set to Neutral Special mash toggle, he will keep using his magic constantly. This occurs even when Mash in Neutral is disabled or if mash followup with another move is enabled. Changing the mash toggle will also not take effect until the training is reset through either the save state load or training room reset shortcuts.

Probably need to adjust the expected_status in mash::perform_action()
