Making a LOG IN/ SIGN UP Button #193

ISSUE We can add a login and sign-up form for students as well as for faculties If a member is already signed up on the website then they can directly get linked to the log in page for getting access to the site.

SOLUTION Making a Button as LOG-IN / SIGN UP containing a dropdown as log in as student and log in as a faculty and at end would contain the "Don't have an account Sign-up" using bootstrap
