Feature request: new option for bill type: "Custom owed and paid amount per member"

Please add a new option for Bill type: "Custom owed and paid amount per member". With this there should be 2 amount fields per user, one for the owed and one for the paid amount.

This is for bills which were settled by multiple people.

E.g. a restaurant bill: Joe: consumed 12.50, paid 15.00 Sally: consumed 9.80, paid 0.00 Frank: consumed 13.10, paid 20.40

The totals of consumed and paid must always be equal.

Nice to have: if the paid amount is higher than the consumed, assume the difference is the tip and split it equally, e.g.: Joe: consumed 12.50, paid 15.00 Sally: consumed 9.80, paid 0.00 Frank: consumed 13.10, paid 23.00 Tip: 2.60
