Duplicate Detection not done for differently-spaced Student Names

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a student with two word name, spaced
2. Create student with same fields, but name has no space
3. Duplicate added

Expected: warning or operation to be blocked

Team's Response

Based on your screenshot, it's very common for different names to have the same characters after the removal of spaces. For instance, da ren (big guy in chinese) and daren are two different names. As such, single spaces between words can represent different names.

• While it is true that your people may have names with whitespace in between, it is also true from #7 that you use other fields like address to determine uniqueness of students.
• I believe this could be a bug because it is very unlikely that students with the exact same phone number, email, address, class, involvement (as shown in my example), and differing by one whitespace are the same people.
