Leaders are people who have ended up on top of a political movement or a religion. In most cases this would be a calculation on their influence, power and charisma (democratic, oligarcic systems), or follow some kind of special rule (catholisism)

The player would be playing as a leader. The charisma of the leader, among other modifiers, would affect how much power over the ideology or religion the character has.

important point that about what the original plan was, that the player plays a leader. should be thought about if a gui is to be made :DDD maybe a god-mode should be made as a seperate thing for dev and sandbox porpouses with similar gui parts? this should be discussed.

ideologies, leaders and/or parlaments should be made for this ticket to be MVP.
