Quite a few things were broken in the Pick-a-Flick feature:

Incorrect charset encoding;
incorrect handling of single quotes in the Genres display (which broke the whole page);
the new disc features from DVD Profiler 4 were missing;
4K / Ultra-HD media type was missing;
lookups in collection types other than the default ones were broken.

This pull request fixes all that and fixes #25 too.
