IdHTTPWebBrowserBridge.pas does not compile in D2010 and earlier #187

TIdHTTPAppRequest is overriding the TWebRequest.GetRemoteIP() and 
TWebRequest.GetRawPathInfo() methods, which are new in Delphi XE.  They need to 
be IFDEF'ed so earlier versions will ignore them.
