Make stencil set URL relative #158

an absolute url for the stencil sets in the xhtml page makes more problems
than it solves!!

+1 - The absolute URL is a big pain when having a server with multiple IP 
addresses 
or domain names and when copying models between different servers.

already implemented in the trunk. the url now starts with /oryx/stencilsets/... 
.
this makes it possible to export and import models from different servers. 
however,
oryx must be deployed on a tomcat. a local import will not work.
