Train + Dev or Train #29

I am unfamiliar with TF code. I want to know if all datasets are trained by train + dev set or only GENIA and Conll2003 are trained without dev set.

So genia, conll02 and conll03 are using train+dev for training and the corpora are only trained on the training set (ACE and Conll12 (ontonotes))
