xeus-robot-wheel not for Python 3.8 #81

Hi, it looks like the latest Windows wheel for Python 3.8 on pip is 0.3.3. Latest xeus-robot release for Windows is Python 3.7 only. Could you please generate one for 3.8 too? Thank you
