Added dynamic fields for multiple vouchers ->

1. seven_eleven
2. mini_stop
3. family_mart
4. seicomart
5. pay_easy
6. lawson
7. alfamart
8. indomaret

Notes

Currently using dummy icons for each voucher type, as we haven't yet received the actual icons. Once the actual icons are provided, they will be added in a future commit to replace these dummy icons.
