I want TWP to use a certificate issued by our root CA, but neither the TWP certificate or the root CA certificate is visible when viewing the certificate path/chain of the fake certificate. Certificate status is “The issuer of this certificate could not be found.”
Is this scenario not supported?
The distinguished name of the root CA and TWP certificate does contain more than just the CN property (C, L and O), does this have any impact?
The root CA certificate is added to the “Trusted Root Certificate Authorities” store.
