update osxcross to use MacOS SDK 10.15
compiles and installs XAR from source, fixes a linking issue
a selection of macports libraries have symlinks for their static variants - i.e. libfreetype.a -> libfreetype-static.a

the above changes ensure that we can keep up to date with the supported versions of MacOS and ensure we can keep tsMuxer dependencies for MacOS down to a minimum
