network speed monitor imporvement #87

hello @haruyukilxz any news about changes you made you will do to network speed monitor in topbar ?? look i attached here a screenshot showing that in topbar the speed is 1 mb while in deepin system monitor it is 1.3 mb what i mean is that after the speed exceeds 1mb ,, the indicator doesn't show fractions and decimels

also the other issue or suggestion i talked about before which is when speed is less than 1 kb ,, it keeps showing speed in b/s deepinscreenshot_select-area_20180815181416

also another thing i know it is not related to deepin topbar

here i am running idm on wine the tray icon of idm doesn't work untill change it to classic style from inside idm settings

also when i start a a scheduled downlaod ,, it add an icon to system tray ,, like the one in attached screenshot here in topbar ,, the one which means there is an active download ,,, this icon in topbar or system tray don't work,, i maean you can't open progress of this downlaod from it

also this occurs in dock system tray ,, so it is not related to deepin topbar i just ask you why i no longer works in dock,,, although before these icons were working from system tray but after an update to dock they no longer works ,,,( again this problem not related to topbar but to dock itself ) also i know this isn't a linux app so not expected to be working well ,,, but i just ask you for your opinion

as it was working before ,, may be in deepin 15.5 also without changing system tray icon to classic ,, just the 3D icon was working fine ,, now i have to choose classic icon to make it works

about the icon working only from the topbar ... this ... issue ... should clarify why its so ...

no about idm ,, i don't say that it is working only in topbar i said it is not working on topbar and also in system tray in dock and that's why i said that this problem is not related to topbar

what i said is that it was working before in dock and no longer works as before (and the same applied to topbar)
