I39 dynamic header that changes depending on user #59

Header links now changes depending on whether the user is logged in and if they're an admin

Changes:

Add header for anonymous user
Add header for users
Add header for admin
Remove link for lobby view, lobby views should be accessed from lobby search or my lobbies pages

Note:

pr #56 was merged into this as IsAdmin column was required
