Add Indulge Vice button #23

I've been watching a Scum&Vilainy actual play on youtube, and the Roll20 sheet has an "Indulge Vice" button that rolls the lowest attribute and accompanies the roll with relevant information in the chat output. (Shooty McShooterson has 6 stress. 6, 3, 2. Stress lowers to 0.)

I think this is a feature that's already integrated with the system, and we might only need a button to invoke that?!?

I don’t think it’s already in the system (I don’t recall seeing it on the old sheet), but it won’t be hard to add.

This is/was part of the downtime tab I was working on. I’m focusing on some housekeeping right now, but putting the downtime tab back on is one of the features I’d like to add before release if possible.

I've added the code for rolling vice on my fork but I still need to add a proper button.
