[Issue]: no switch for Powerful Mode in Altherma HotWater Tank #189

Hi, in my HA I can't switch on Powerful Mode for Altherma HotWater, switch is missing (I'va an Altherma Bi-Block with BRP069A78), I think it's possible to enable this feature :). @jwillemsen many thanks for your excellent work ;).

Powerful can only be set when the altherma is on, first put it on, wait until the next poll and then you should be able to enable poweful

This mode of operation is actually not very useful for me. I want to be able to program an automation to boost water heating on demand. Since I have a multi-split system, this means I have to switch off the AC in the summer and enable heating mode. But if I have to wait for a poll before I can set the water heater into performance mode, I'll be stuck with it just running in heat pump mode and will need a busy loop waiting for the poll to end?
