Karma anything: OfficePlant ++
Ability to karma channels: #channel ++
Associate emoji reactions with karma i.e. @ Stephanie 🥑🥑
Secret multipliers for karma and/or other Easter Eggs
Perhaps be able to give / take karma based on any reaction's on Slack messages
Special messages if the bot receive plus/minus karma

Not really karma:

Welcome message for Chicago water cooler: eg "Welcome to Chicago Slack, check out our other great channels such as #feels-bad or #slalom-pets"

I think for MVP we shouldn't necessarily need these done, but we should make sure our data base storage is flexible enough to allow for them
