Talkback crashes when switching tabs in the Google Clock app #471

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the (Google) clock app.
2. Switch to either "alarm" or "stopwatch".
3. Talkback crashes. You get (visually) the message "unfortunately, talkback 
has stopped". It is hard to fix, because Explore by Touch stays on.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Talkback should continue operating as normal, but unfortunately it crashes, and 
leaves EBT on.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Nexus 4, Android Lollypop 5.1.1, Google Clock 4.0.2 (2047887), Talkback version 
4.2.0.

Please provide any additional information below.
Perhaps it is a good idea that when talkback crashes, EBT detects it and stops, 
too, as operating w/ EBT but no TB is quite tricky.
