map publication data form; cartographer/mapper name entry not functioning #215

This has been replaced by a single string field for "authorship". To be filled with "Cartographer: foo, Mappers: bar, foo" etc. Thanks for reporting!

Need to re-open this one. the form is not saving the authorship entry when the map is initially made. It is saving for me only if I go back and edit the map and add it in again.
