Use Publicise to expose private/protected members + Only publish required dll + add missing assets #105

Fix the build errors:

  1. the build is broken due to the access permissions. This change publicise the dll automatically.
  2. Missing assets 3.Also skip dlls that are not needed for release.

Thanks for doing this, but I can't merge the request. The reason I removed the auto publicise when I took over them mod is because it just does not work on my pc, and I have no issue publicising myself. I'll remove the git ignore on .png files to add back the rest of the assets next update.

But genuinely thanks for the tidy up, I'm not the best at remembering to keep the github page clean.
