Setting to disable spells #163

Some mods adds the same spells, like TTB and EC adding "Inflict Pain". A setting to disable each of the added spells would help users to fix duplicates.

Yo, I'm not adding a setting for that as it clashes with other stuff I have added, such as not having that spell for one of the subdomains I have added. As a rule I do not add spells from other mods to not have to deal with this, the only exception being an abandoned/ non functional mod.
