App freezes upon choosing song manually #506

I installed the debug version of Phonograph for my girlfriend. She has however some issues:

If I manually choose the next song, the app just stops to working. I can't click anywhere on the screen, because nothing happens. Even if I turn the app off and on again, it doesn't work any further.. This problem just started in the last few weeks...

She uses the version f0edcc1629260c55635c97eb875cb40c6fee35f5

I checked the logs with adb, but didn't see anything that might have cause something like that.

The only thing I found which is interesting is this: 05-18 23:00:25.556 29591 29603 I ctaifs<Phonograph DEBUG>[Phonograph DEBUG][com.kabouzeid.gramophone.debug]: [openFile] 打开文件 and the thing is, she doesn't know anything about files with Japanese (?) names.

Yes it is a Huawei P10 Lite

google framework missing?

I doubt. It runs the stock ROM, without tweaking.
