Changing XBMC Host requires restart #691

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Change XBMC Host
2. Attempt to use library functions - content comes from original host.
3. Exit & Restart - all functions connect to right host.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect all connections to close and re-open to the correct host without the 
requirement to restart.

What version of XBMC Remote are you using?
v0.9.0 (Revision 900)

Which Android device are you using (and which ROM, if custom)?
HTC Incredible S - Cyanogen

Which XBMC revision are you running and on which platform?
12.0RC
