Mini 10v won't load OS since running Software Update, can't run NetbookInstaller on 10.5.8 #260

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.I ran whatever Software Updates popped up, and after re-booting now the
computer infinitely restarts every time the os starts to load.

2.I tried to use the USB dongle to repair permissions, but it freezes near
the end every time I try.

3.My other computer is a Macbook Pro running 10.5.8 but it can't run the
latest NetbookInstaller (0.8.4RC1) so I can't try to update the USB dongle
that has snowleopard + NetbookInstaller 0.8.3RC4

What netbook are you using this on?
mini 10v

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'm expecting the computer to load the os, instead it just restarts.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
On the mini 10v, snow leopard and NetbookInstaller 0.8.3RC4

Please provide any additional information below.
