README.md add alternatives #445

It would be really nice to help users to find a best suitable program for them. I collected the list and will improve it.

It certainly is nice from you to create that list, but I don't quite understand why this should be added to the README of KSE. There are sites like https://alternativeto.net for the purpose of finding software. Those sites maintain a much larger collection of software. Maybe you should contribute your suggestions there instead.

Also, by linking to these tools, it might seem as if these were recommendations by me. But I don't even know most of these programs and frankly some of them seem very basic or obsolete. Probably I would recommend other tools that are not on your list (like for example XCA as an OpenSSL UI). However, I don't think I even want to start doing this.

A lot of these are PGP/GPG related tools, which is pretty different from what KSE does. The Android section contains only one app (here are some suggestions: https://github.com/kaikramer/keystore-explorer/issues/443). The last code change of the Chinese OpenSSL CA is 7 years old, I would not add any unmaintained projects to the list. It's even worse for a7crypt (last commit 9 years ago).

For the above reasons I won't accept this PR right now. However, I appreciate your effort and therefore star your list. If you keep improving it, I might add a link sometime later.
