[Enhancement] Ability to set an account for Incoming-only #436

In Holland, it's pretty easy to get a Voip/sip number wich is actually a
normal, landline-like phonenumber for only 10 euros a year. So I have 1 SIP
account that is only used for incoming calls. (calling via this account is
expensive, so I never do that).

For outgoing calls I always use a Voipbuster/Betamax clone.

It would be great if it was possible to set my first account to *incoming calls
only*. If I dial a number from my contactlist/callog or whatever, I get the
option to select wich sip account to use, it's easy to select the wrong one...
while I should only have 1 account to choose from...

There is an already a way to do that with filters/rewriting rules available in
account configuration > Filters.

Just add a filter "can't call" for "custom regexp" ".*"

See FAQ (wiki page on this website) for more details about filtering rules.

P.S. : filters are even more powerful than the feature you are requesting I
think ;)
