Add contibution guides

Have a look at this guide: https://docs.github.com/en/github/building-a-strong-community/setting-guidelines-for-repository-contributors and create contribution guidelines, which should include:

• A referral to code of conduct
• Description of project motivation
• How to ask help
• Description of the ways to contribute
• Checks needs to be done while contributing
• Description of levels of contributing, for new comers, seasoned developers, etc.
